1. Shipping and Delivery

  • We process and ship orders within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries are handled by our trusted partner couriers such as Lalamove, LBC, J&T Express, JRS Express, or Ninja Van.

  • Delivery time varies depending on your location:

    • Metro Manila: 1–4 business days

    • Provincial Areas: 4–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout and shown before completing your order.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS for monitoring your delivery status.

  • ADVNC Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

2. Order Confirmation and Changes

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after completing your purchase.

  • If you need to change your delivery address or contact details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the order is shipped, changes can no longer be made.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange an item if:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items have been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked “Sale” or “Clearance”
